These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of the Salt FXs website and to appointment requests and services provided by Salt FXs. By using the website or requesting a service, you agree to these terms. Separate service-specific forms, informed consent documents, and policies may also apply and will be provided when relevant.
Website information
We work to keep website descriptions, service information, availability, and prices current. Information on the website is general and may change. A website description is not a promise that a particular service, time, or price will be available until Salt FXs confirms it.
An appointment request is not confirmed until Salt FXs confirms it. Please arrive at the time provided and follow any reasonable instructions for your service. Prices, deposits, payment timing, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility will be disclosed when you book or purchase. Those disclosed terms apply to that transaction. Gift cards and promotional offers are subject to the terms given at purchase and applicable law.
Appointments and payment
Wellness services and health information
Salt FXs services are offered for general wellness and relaxation. They are not medical care, diagnosis, or treatment, and do not replace advice from a licensed health professional. Results and experiences vary. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, have concerns about whether a service is appropriate, or are unsure whether to participate, consult a qualified health professional before booking. Tell Salt FXs staff about relevant concerns before a service so we can discuss whether to proceed. We may decline or stop a service when we reasonably believe it is not appropriate or safe.
Any separate consent form or service-specific instructions provided to you remain in effect. These Terms do not ask you to waive rights that cannot legally be waived.
Please treat other clients and staff respectfully, follow posted safety instructions, and use equipment only as directed. We may refuse or end service if conduct creates a safety concern, materially disrupts others, or violates applicable law. You remain responsible for charges disclosed and agreed to for services already provided, subject to applicable law.

Website use and intellectual property
You may use this website for personal, lawful purposes. You may not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse its content. Website text, images, branding, and other materials belong to Salt FXs or their respective owners and may not be copied or used commercially without permission, except as allowed by law.
The website may link to third-party websites or services, including social media, booking, or payment services. Salt FXs does not control those services. Your use of them is subject to their terms and privacy notices.
